This unique site is located at the edge of The Historic Docks and Gloucester Quays – a vibrant area providing a range of modern facilities and unique views to fine late Victorian era warehouses. There is a range of waterfront bars, restaurants and coffee shops located within the Quays as well as numerous tourist attractions including Gloucester Waterways Museum, The Mariners Church or Gloucester Brewery.

The existing site contains a number of buildings and a pre-application is in place for the demolition of existing structures to be replaced by an undulating mixed use structure comprising 171 studio to three bedroom apartments as well as commercial space to the base of the building with 22 parking spaces.

Positive pre-application feedback has been received and the team is currently working on the full planning submission.
