The site is located in open countryside just outside the Wymondham Area Action Plan development boundary.
South Norfolk Council cannot currently demonstrate a five-year housing supply. To achieve planning Oxygen will assert that the development boundaries currently set out by the council are out of date and should be increased to meet supply requirements.
Oxygen is working to submit an immediate planning application in excess of 80 homes with preparations to appeal in case of refusal. In parallel Oxygen will promote the site through the Greater Norwich Local Plan (GNLP) as a fall-back medium-term strategy.
