Oxygen is pleased to announce it has closed an option agreement in Rickmansworth to acquire a parcel of land to obtain planning for two 4000sqft luxury houses in one of the most desirable locations in the area.
Oxygen intends to build out or dispose of the development to a local housebuilder in 2015.
